Andre’s career includes service as an FBI Behavioral Sciences Profiler, certified Advanced Interviewer/Interrogator, surveillance expert, Major Case Manager, Intelligence Collector, Counterterrorism Specialist, Fugitive Apprehension Agent, and SWAT Operator. Throughout his career, Andre also served several years conducting high-level classified background investigations. Through his service as the FBI Regional Director of Operations in Central America, he brings deep expertise concerning international operations throughout Latin America.

Following his FBI career, Andre was employed in the financial sector as an expert Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Investigator and Compliance Officer, with extensive knowledge of FINCEN, OFAC, the Patriot Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs). He has also conducted complex internal fraud investigations as a Senior Corporate Investigator in the financial sector.
