Andre brings more than 30 years as a sworn FBI agent to every engagement. Over his federal career he served as a Behavioral Sciences profiler, a certified advanced interrogator, and Regional Director of Operations in Central America—and spent years conducting high-level classified background investigations, the discipline at the core of our work today. After the Bureau, he moved into the financial sector as an Anti-Money Laundering investigator and senior corporate fraud specialist, mastering the regulatory terrain of FINCEN, OFAC, and the Bank Secrecy Act. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is known to clients as a discreet, resourceful partner who delivers results and protects reputations when the stakes are highest.
